  • Obama Tells Another Big, Fat Lie

Barack Obeyme to reporters last Tuesday said, “I don’t know if anybody noticed that, for the first time this year, you saw more people getting health care from government than you did from the private sector; not because of anything we did, but because more and more people are losing their health care from their employers.  It’s becoming unaffordable.”
Okay, Barack Obeyme, let’s look at the numbers, shall we?
According to a Gallup poll done just this past January, the percentage of Americans who are on a government health-care plan is about 24.6%, and the percentage of Americans who get private health care is about 46.8%. Nearly twice as many people have private health care than government-run health care.
So where does Obeyme get these little “facts” of his?  Reporters in the room asked him this question, but Obeyme wouldn’t say where.  Ahh, so transparent, this president. A transparent liar, that is.
And everybody who watches the mainstream media just gobbles this stuff up and takes the president at his word.  Any libs who saw Obeyme say this stuff on TV said, “Yep, he’s right, he’s absolutely right!”  But as the numbers prove, Obeyme is leading his followers right into the dark, and because he won’t verify these wild claims he regularly makes, it’s clear he’s misleading them there deliberately.

  • Obama does not opperate on the premise of facts, laws, or reason, he acts of theory created by uneducated college professors. I say uneducated because they lack any real world experince in any of the feilds they claim to be experts in. He just gets up their and destroys a figure beyond all recognition and goes from their to make a web of lies that like the tounge of the snappying turtle lure the optimistic and trusting fish aka the American people to their doom. We must unite against him and reviel him and all of the progressives for the outragous failures that they are.

    good post.

Don’t I know it! And thanks for enjoying. I checked out your site too. Very informative. I subscribe via e-mail to wnd.com and mrc.com and several other conservative sites. You should check them out if you’ve never heard of them. WND and MRC are great.

  • @BecauseIamDonnieDarko - I will have to do that. I am always willing to find new sources of information.

  • I would assume that he meant that the number of people with public insurance is going up and the number with private insurance is going down.

Possibly. You could be right, I’ll give you that. But you’re likely wrong; otherwise, Obama would have clarified when he was asked where he got those facts.

No one says something that’s accurate all the time, but obama generally doesn’t seem to deliberately make shit up or deliberately try to deceive people, so I’m willing to give him the benefit of the doubt.

Like Ron Paul, I don’t always agree with him, but he seems a lot more genuine than most politicians.

You’re totally snowed by Obeyme, man. It’s creepy. He has been caught in soooo many lies. He contradicts himself every single time he opens his mouth. Joe Wilson shouting, “You lie”? Wilson was right, and they admit that now. Of course, they don’t say, “We admit we lied,” they just say, “We admit we were mistaken.” But that’s just one incident, of course, and one lie doesn’t mean you’re not trustworthy, right? (Hah.) He’s been caught at more lies than Clinton, man, and for you to just blindly follow is dangerous to the rest of America’s (concerned) citizens.

I’ve read countless blogs and articles claiming he’s lied that distort what he actually said (or just make stuff up out of thin air). Without a specific quote or claim you’re wasting both of our time.

And the “you lie” thing was a big deal because it’s against the rules to speak in congress when someone else has the floor, and in over 200 years no one has ever spoken (let alone yelled) when the president of the united states had the floor.
